The idea for Fin N' Tonic was born in the late-night hours, that magical in-between time when those cravings hit and there's nowhere to go. It started as a "wouldn't it be cool if…" and quickly became a dream raw bar we couldn't stop thinking about, a place we'd want to both own and call home.

Founded by Sophia Vidal, former Director of Operations at TAG Restaurant Group, Fin N' Tonic: Raw Bar is her first solo venture - a relaxed yet refined seafood spot nestled in Denver's vibrant River North District.
